As per the instruction of DGHS, New Delhi, The candidates admitted through All India Quota, DGHS,New Delhi will not be considered in the counselling of Gujarat State.

Vacant seats after first round reporting (Update On 28-Apr-2018 )

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES

For the First Round of Allotment and Joining:

  • Payment of tution fees and Original Documents mention in the allotment letter are mandatory for reporting at Help centre and confirmation of admission. All such candidates will be eligible for second round of choice filling and admission for higher choices as per closure of first round.
  • It is not compulsory to join at admitted institute for first round of admission.
  • If Candidate don’t want to report at help centre and not want to confirm admission then not required to pay the tution fees and reporting to Help centre. Admission of such candidate will be treated as cancelled and all such candidates will be eligible for second round of choice filling and admission for higher choices as per closure of first round.

For the Second Round of Allotment and Joining:

  • Information of allotment/joining/payment of tution fees etc. of second round will be announced before the commencement of choice filling for second round.
  • ALL CANDIDATE ARE INFORM THAT THE ADMISSION COMMITTEE HAS PUBLISHED THE FIRST ROUND OF ALLOTMENT FOR MD/MS/DIPLOMA AND MDS ON 03-APR-2018.
  • IF CANDIDATES ARE REPORT OR NOT REPORT AT HELP CENTRE, ALL ARE ELIGIBLE FOR 2ND ROUND OF CHOICE FILLING AND ALLOTMENT OF THE ADMISSION COMMITTEE.
  • AT THE TIME OF REPORTING, THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS ARE MANDATORY TO SUBMIT AT HELP CENTRE.
  • WITHOUT ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS, NO ONE CAN ALLOW TO REPORT AND CONFIRM HIS/HER ADMISSION.
  • IN ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS, 12TH MONTH INTERNSHIP COMPLETION IS ALSO MANDATORY TO SUBMIT AT HELP CENTRE.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION FOR CHOICE FILLING :

All candidate are requested to follow the choice filling of 1st round of counseling as per his/her desire without considering the seat matrix available on website because :

  • Vacant NRI seats will be converted to management seats
  • Vacant management seats will be converted to government seats
  • Vacant reserved category state seats (SC/ST/SEBC) will be converted to OPEN State seats
  • Vacant Institutional seats will be converted to State seats in respective category
  • Vacant Inservice/PH seats will be converted to State seats in respective category

Above procedure will be done during allotment process.

    • IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION FOR MDS ALLOTMENT:

    As per the DGHS, New Delhi letter dated 23-Mar-2018, the eligibility criteria for MDS-NEET-2018 was reduced.
    So, the admission committee has given re-advertisement for new registration as per new revised eligibility criteria in MDS-NEET-2018.
    After completion of new registration, the new revised Merit list will be generated & displayed.
