PG 2020 Refund Information [For candidate, who are eligible for refund of tuition fees]
REFUND PROCESS – Round III


  • ACPPGMEC had initiated the Refund Process for the candidates (who has filled the details for Refund in online module of ACPPGMEC in Round II), who are eligible for the refund from the tuition fee paid at ACPPGMEC for PG admission process for AY 2020-21 on 09.09.2020.
  • The Refund amount will be credited in the account in which candidate has filled the details in online module of ACPPGMEC within 2-3 working days.
  • Following are the reasons for failure of transaction:
    1) The candidate has not uploaded the fee receipt of bank with duly signed and stamp, in case of payment of fees in the designated branches of Axis Bank via cash/DD.
    2) Mismatch in filled Account Details: Wrong Account No.; Wrong IFSC Code; etc.
    3) Dormant/Freeze account due to banking reasons
  • The online module for Refund Process will start September 11, 2020 till 4:00 pm on September 15, 2020.
  • All the candidates, (i) who have not filled the details previously or (ii) who have filled the details previously but have accounted the transaction failure as per the reasons mentioned-above, are instructed to fill the correct details in online module in time limit as mentioned-above.
  • Instructions for Refund Process:
  • 1) Please login with your credential by visiting below link ‘Login for Fee Refund’.
    2) Please login with your credentials
    3) Click on ‘Fees Refund’ tab.
    4) Check/edit your bank account details: Bank Name; Bank Account No.; Bank MICR No.; IFSC No.; Account Holder Name
    5) Candidate must upload single pdf file (clearly readable) of containing all receipts of fees paid at ACPPGMEC for admission confirmation. If candidate has paid fees money in the designated branches of Axis Bank, the candidate must upload the fee receipt of bank with duly signed and stamped.
    6) For NRI Candidates: For the refund of fees paid at ACPPGMEC, the NRI Candidates have to fill the details of Indian Account. Do not fill the details of NRE/NRO account.
    7) The refund amount will be paid through Electronic Transfer in your bank account.

This is to inform to all the candidates, who are eligible for the refund in reference to above mentioned course & academic years from the tuition fee paid at ACPUGMEC/ACPPGMEC, and have not claimed the refund amount till date (list is available on the website), have to submit following details in-person at Office of ACPUGMEC & ACPPGMEC, Ground Floor, GMERS Medical College, Civil Hospital Campus, Gandhinagar – 382016, Gujarat, on or before 30th September, 2020 [આથી તમામ ઉમેદવારો કે જેઓ એ સ્નાતક અને અનુસ્નાતક કક્ષા ના અભ્યાસક્રમો માં ઉપર દર્શાવેલ શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ દરમિયાન ACPUGMEC/ACPPGMEC ખાતે ચૂકવેલ ટ્યુશન ફી માંથી રિફંડ મેળવવા માટે પાત્ર છે અને આજ સુધીની રિફંડની માટે રજૂઆત કરેલ નથી . (લિસ્ટ વેબસાઇટ પર ઉપલબ્ધ છે), ને જાણ કરવા માટે છે કે તેઓએ નીચે પ્રમાણેની વિગતો ACPUGMEC અને ACPPGMEC કચેરી, ગ્રાઉન્ડ ફ્લોર, જીએમઇઆરએસ મેડિકલ કોલેજ, સિવિલ હોસ્પિટલ કેમ્પસ, ગાંધીનગર – ૩૮૨૦૧૬, ગુજરાત, ખાતે રૂબરૂમાં તા. ૩૦.૦૯.૨૦૨૦ સુધીમાં આપવાની રહેશે]:

  • Photocopy of Admission Order of ACPUGMEC/ACPPGMEC (if candidate have cancelled his/her admission at ACPUGMEC/ACPPGMEC, then submit Photocopy of Cancellation Order of Admission of ACPUGMEC/ACPPGMEC) [ACPUGMEC/ACPPGMEC ના એડમિશન ઓર્ડર ની નકલ (જો ઉમેદવારે ACPUGMEC/ACPPGMEC ખાતે પ્રવેશ રદ કરાવેલ હોય તો ACPUGMEC/ACPPGMEC ના એડમિશન ઓર્ડર)]
  • Photocopy of Receipt/s Payment of Tuition Fees [ટ્યુશન ફી ભર્યાની રસીદ ની નકલ]
  • Photocopy of Cancelled Cheque / 1st Page of Passbook of Account in which candidate want to Refund to be deposited [જે ખાતામાં રીફંડ મેળવવા ઈચ્છતા હોય તે ખાતાના કેન્સલ ચેક/બેંક પાસબુક ના પ્રથમ પાનાની નકલ]
  • Photocopy of Identity Proof [ઓળખાણના પુરાવાની નકલ]

Note: If refund is not claimed in prescribed time limit i.e. by 30/09/2020 then in future claim for same will not be granted. [જો કોઈપણ ઉમેદવાર નિયત સમયમર્યાદા, તા; ૩૦/૦૯/૨૦૨૦ સુધી માં રિફંડ માટે અરજી કરવામાં નિષ્ફળ જશે તો ભવિષ્ય માં તે માટે ની અરજી ગ્રાહ્ય કરવામાં આવશે નહી.]
