• અનામત કેટેગરીના તમામ ઉમેદવારોને અનામત બેઠકો પર પ્રવેશ આપ્યા પછી, અનામત કેટેગરીની ખાલી રહેતી બેઠકો બિન અનામત શ્રેણીની બેઠકોમાં ટ્રાન્સફર કરવાપાત્ર હોય છે. આ પ્રક્રીયા બીજા રાઉન્ડ દરમિયાન કરવામાં આવશે. દા.ત. NRI કવોટા થી Management ક્વોટા તથા SC, ST, SEBC, EWS થી General (Open) કેટેગરી અને PwD થી જે તે કેટેગરીમાં.
  [After all reserved category candidates have been admitted to their reserved seats, any vacant reserved category seats will be transferred to unreserved category seats. This process will be done during the second round. E.g. NRI quota to Management quota and SC, ST, SEBC, EWS to General (Open) category and PwD to those categories.]

• If any NRI seats remain vacant, such Seats will be filled as Management quota seats with Management quota fees by ACPUGMEC. All the GMERS Medical Colleges and Gujarat Adani Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhuj does not have Management quota seats but have NRI seats. So vacant NRI seats of these institutes will be filled as Management quota seats with Management quota fees by ACPUGMEC
  જો કોઈપણ NRI બેઠકો ખાલી રહે છે, તો આવી બેઠકો ACPUGMEC દ્વારા મેનેજમેન્ટ ક્વોટા ફી સાથે મેનેજમેન્ટ ક્વોટાની બેઠકો તરીકે ભરવામાં આવશે. તમામ GMERS મેડિકલ કોલેજો અને ગુજરાત અદાણી ઇન્સ્ટિટ્યૂટ ઑફ મેડિકલ સાયન્સ, ભુજ પાસે મેનેજમેન્ટ ક્વોટાની બેઠકો નથી પરંતુ NRI બેઠકો છે. તેથી આ સંસ્થાઓની ખાલી NRI બેઠકો ACPUGMEC દ્વારા મેનેજમેન્ટ ક્વોટા ફી સાથે મેનેજમેન્ટ ક્વોટાની બેઠકો તરીકે ભરવામાં આવશે.

• The merit list for Undergraduate courses (MBBS/BDS) for the academic year 2026-27 has been published today by the Medical Admission Committee as follows. Candidates who have applied for PwD Quota and NRI Quota, the verification of these candidates is going on. Hence PwD Quota and NRI Quota students’ merit of PwD Category/ NRI Category will be declared in due course of time.

  જે ઉમેદવારે કોઈપણ વર્ષમાં અત્રેની પ્રવેશ સમિતિના પ્રવેશ નિયમો હેઠળ MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS માં પ્રવેશ મેળવેલ હોય, જો તે હાલમાં જે અભ્યાસક્રમનો અભ્યાસ કરી રહ્યો/રહી છે, તે સમગ્ર અભ્યાસક્રમ માટે ફી નિયમનકારી સમિતિ દ્વારા નિર્ધારિત કુલ ફી ચૂકવે. ત્યારબાદ સંબંધિત સંસ્થાએ ઉમેદવારને ‘નો ઓબ્જેક્શન સર્ટિફિકેટ (NOC)’ આપવાનું રહેશે અને તેના મૂળ દસ્તાવેજો પરત કરવાના રહેશે. ઉમેદવારે આ NOC અને મૂળ દસ્તાવેજો પ્રવેશ સમિતિ સમક્ષ રજૂ કરવાના રહેશે, જેથી કાઉન્સેલિંગ સમયે પ્રવેશ સમિતિ તેને નવા પ્રવેશ માટે વિચારણા હેઠળ લઈ શકે.

• NRI Candidate: નામદાર સુપ્રિમ કોર્ટ, ન્યુ દિલ્હી ના Writ Petition (C) No.891 of 2021 ના તા.૦૩/૦૨/૨૦૨૩ ના ચુકાદા મુજબ શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ ૨૦૨૩-૨૪ તથા તે પછી ના વર્ષો માટે OCI કાર્ડ હોલ્ડર ઉમેદવારોને NRI Quota, Management Quota તથા Government Quota માં એડમિશન મળી શકશે. પરંતુ ગુજરાત રાજ્ય સરકાર ના હાલના નિયમ મુજબ Government Quota અને Management Quota માં પ્રવેશ મેળવવા માટે ઉમેદવારે પ્રવેશ નિયમો મુજબ ધોરણ: ૧૦ તથા ધોરણ: ૧૨ ગુજરાત રાજ્ય સ્થિત શાળામાંથી પાસ થયેલ હોવો જોઈએ તથા વિદ્યાર્થીનો જન્મ ગુજરાત રાજ્યમાં થયેલ હોવો જોઈએ અથવા ગુજરાત રાજ્યના ડોમિસાઈલ હોવા જોઈએ.
