  • As per the above announcement by the Admission Committee, the choice filling for the 4th Online Stray Vacancy Round has been started.
  • To participate in this round, candidates must give consent from their login and fill the choices afresh. All previously filled choices of the candidates have been cancelled.
  • If any seat of PG Ayurved/Homoeopathy courses remains vacant in the 4th Online (Stray Vacancy) Round, the Admission Committee will conduct an Extended 4th Online (Stray Vacancy) Round.
  • Candidates who are allotted a seat in the 4th Online (Stray Vacancy) Round of PG Ayurved/Homoeopathy courses, but do not pay the prescribed tuition fees of the college and do not submit their original documents at the Admission Committee Help Center, meaning their admission is not confirmed — their refundable security deposit will be forfeited, and such candidates will NOT be eligible to participate in the Extended 4th Online (Stray Vacancy) Round for PG Ayurved/Homoeopathy courses.
  • Candidates who are allotted a seat in the 4th Online (Stray Vacancy) Round of PG Ayurved/Homoeopathy courses and afterwards pay the prescribed tuition fees and submit original documents at the Help Center, and obtain the admission order, thereby confirming admission — such candidates will also NOT be eligible to participate in the Extended 4th Online (Stray Vacancy) Round. Only the remaining candidates who had given online consent and filled choices in the 4th Online (Stray Vacancy) Round will be considered eligible for the remaining seats.
  • In the Extended 4th Online (Stray Vacancy) Round, the Admission Committee will NOT allow new registration or new choice filling.
  • Only the choices filled in the 4th Online (Stray Vacancy) Round will be considered, and allotment will be done accordingly.
  • Candidates who are allotted a seat in the All-India Quota (AIQ) Stray Vacancy Round will NOT be eligible to participate in Round-04 (Stray Vacancy Round).
  • Once a seat allotted in the 4th Stray Vacancy Round of PG Ayurved/Homoeopathy is confirmed, under no circumstances can that seat be cancelled.

  • 5. આ રાઉન્ડ માં ફક્ત સ્ટેટ ક્વોટા માટે પાત્રતા ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારોએ રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરવાનો રહેશે.

    • As per the above-mentioned announcement, the Admission Committee has started the PIN purchase and registration process for the Fourth Online (Stray Vacancy) Round. The following instructions shall apply:

  • 1. Candidates who have been allotted seats in Round-03 and thereafter have not paid the prescribed college tuition fees and have not deposited the original certificates at the Help Center of the Admission Committee (i.e., the admission has not been confirmed) will have their refundable security deposit forfeited. All such candidates will not be eligible to participate in the 4th Online (Stray Vacancy) Round.
  • 2. Candidates who have confirmed admission to a seat in previous Round-01, 02, and 03 of the All-India Quota/State Counseling, and the said admission continues till the completion of Round-03 of the State Quota/All India Quota, are not eligible to participate in the 4th Online (Stray Vacancy) Round.
  • 3. As per the Ayush Admission Central Counseling Committee (AACCC), New Delhi, candidates who are allotted any seat in the Stray Vacancy Round of All India Quota Counseling are not eligible to participate in Round-04 (Stray Vacancy Round).
  • 4. Candidates who have not confirmed admission in Round-01, Round-02, and Round-03 of the All-India Quota, as well as those who have not confirmed admission in any seat in the previous rounds (Round-01 and Round-02) of state counseling, and those who have not been allotted any seat in Round-03 of state counseling or Round-03 of All India Quota counseling, are eligible to participate in Round-04 (Stray Vacancy Round).
  • 5. In this round, only candidates who are eligible for the state quota will be required to register.

The Government of Gujarat, in the Legislative Assembly has passed an act, Act No.3 of 2008 called “Gujarat Professional Educational Medical Colleges or Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Fixation of Fees) Act, 2007” to make special provision for regulation of admission in the Professional Medical educational courses in the State and fixation of fees in such colleges or institutions and for matter connected therewith. As per the powers conferred to State Government, in Section 20(1) of the said Act, the Government of Gujarat, by way of a notification had constituted “Admission Committee for Professional Post Graduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPPGMEC)” to regulate the admission of candidates to the Professional MD/MS/Diploma & MDS degree courses. The mission assigned to this Committee is to carry out the counseling process in a fair and transparent manner.
