પ્રવેશ સમિતિ દ્વારા ઉપરોક્ત જાહેરાત મુજબ ચોથા ઓનલાઈન (સ્ટ્રે વેકેન્સી) રાઉન્ડ ના પિન ખરીદી અને રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ચાલુ કરેલ છે. જેમાં નીચે મુજબની સૂચનાઓ લાગુ પડેલ છે:

• 1. જે ઉમેદવારોને રાઉન્ડ-03 માં સીટ એલોટ થઇ હોય અને ત્યાર બાદ કોલેજની નિયત ટ્યુશન ફી ભરેલ નથી અને પ્રવેશ સમિતિના હેલ્પ સેન્ટર ખાતે અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રો જમા કરાવેલ નથી એટલે કે પ્રવેશ કન્ફર્મ કરવામાં આવેલ નથી, તેઓની રિફંડેબલ સિક્યોરિટી ડિપોઝિટ જપ્ત (ફોરફીટ) કરવામાં આવેલ છે, તેવા તમામ ઉમેદવાર રાઉન્ડ-04 (સ્ટ્રે વેકેન્સી રાઉન્ડ) માં ભાગ લેવા માટે લાયક રહેશે નહી.
• 2. જે ઉમેદવારો ઓલ ઈન્ડિયા ક્વોટા/ સ્ટેટ કાઉન્સેલિંગના અગાઉના રાઉન્ડ- 01, રાઉન્ડ-02 અને રાઉન્ડ-03 માં કોઈ બેઠક પર પ્રવેશ કન્ફર્મ કરાવેલ હોય અને ઉપરોક્ત પ્રવેશ સ્ટેટ ક્વોટા/ઓલ ઇન્ડિયા ક્વોટા ના રાઉન્ડ-03 પૂર્ણ થાય ત્યાં સુધી ચાલુ હોય, તેઓ રાઉન્ડ-04 (સ્ટ્રે વેકેન્સી રાઉન્ડ) માં ભાગ લેવા માટે લાયકાત ધરાવતા નથી.
• 3. Ayush Admission Central Counseling Committee (AACCC), નવી દિલ્હી મુજબ જે ઉમેદવારોને ઓલ ઈન્ડિયા ક્વોટા કાઉન્સેલિંગના સ્ટ્રે વેકેન્સી રાઉન્ડ માં કોઈ પણ સીટ એલોટ થયેલ હોય તેઓ રાઉન્ડ-04 (સ્ટ્રે વેકેન્સી રાઉન્ડ) માં ભાગ લેવા માટે લાયકાત ધરાવતા નથી.
• 4. જે ઉમેદવારો ઓલ ઈન્ડિયા ક્વોટાના રાઉન્ડ-01 ,રાઉન્ડ-02 અને રાઉન્ડ-03 માં પ્રવેશ કન્ફર્મ કરાવેલ ન હોય તેમજ સ્ટેટ કાઉન્સેલિંગના અગાઉના રાઉન્ડ-01 અને 02 માં કોઈ પણ બેઠક પર પ્રવેશ કન્ફર્મ કરાવેલ “ના” હોય અને જે ઉમેદવારોને સ્ટેટ કાઉન્સેલિંગના રાઉન્ડ-03 માં અથવા ઓલ ઈન્ડિયા ક્વોટાના રાઉન્ડ-03 માં કોઈ પણ સીટ એલોટ થયેલ ન હોય તેવા ઉમેદવારો ચોથા ઓનલાઈન (સ્ટ્રે વેકેન્સી) રાઉન્ડ માં ભાગ લેવા લાયકાત ધરાવે છે.
• 5. આ રાઉન્ડ માં ફક્ત સ્ટેટ ક્વોટા માટે પાત્રતા ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારોએ રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરવાનો રહેશે.

As per the above-mentioned announcement, the Admission Committee has started the PIN purchase and registration process for the Fourth Online (Stray Vacancy) Round. The following instructions shall apply:

• 1. Candidates who have been allotted seats in Round-03 and thereafter have not paid the prescribed college tuition fees and have not deposited the original certificates at the Help Center of the Admission Committee (i.e., the admission has not been confirmed) will have their refundable security deposit forfeited. All such candidates will not be eligible to participate in the 4th Online (Stray Vacancy) Round.
• 2. Candidates who have confirmed admission to a seat in previous Round-01, 02, and 03 of the All-India Quota/State Counseling, and the said admission continues till the completion of Round-03 of the State Quota/All India Quota, are not eligible to participate in the 4th Online (Stray Vacancy) Round.
• 3. As per the Ayush Admission Central Counseling Committee (AACCC), New Delhi, candidates who are allotted any seat in the Stray Vacancy Round of All India Quota Counseling are not eligible to participate in Round-04 (Stray Vacancy Round).
• 4. Candidates who have not confirmed admission in Round-01, Round-02, and Round-03 of the All-India Quota, as well as those who have not confirmed admission in any seat in the previous rounds (Round-01 and Round-02) of state counseling, and those who have not been allotted any seat in Round-03 of state counseling or Round-03 of All India Quota counseling, are eligible to participate in Round-04 (Stray Vacancy Round).
• 5. In this round, only candidates who are eligible for the state quota will be required to register.
