Important Instruction for Online PIN Purchase It is advisable to do Online PIN Purchase using internet with good speed (preferably, Broadband Internet Connection) to avoid transaction failure.

• For online registration PIN can be purchased through online payment of Rs. 2000- (Rupees Two thousand only non-refundable) + Rs.10, 000 (Rupees Ten thousand only Refundable Security Deposit) = Total Rs.12, 000- (Rupees Twelve thousand only) from the website www.medadmgujarat.org. • The Admission Committee hereby informs that as per Ayush Ministry, Govt of India. New Delhi, commencement of Academic Session for MD-MS (AYURVED) and MD (Homoeopathy) courses for the academic year 2024-25 is 11th November, 2024, so all students who have confirmed their admission in the allotted seats of MD-MS (AYURVED) / MD (Homoeopathy) Courses up to Special Stray Vacancy Round (e.g. by paying the prescribed tuition fee in the designated branch of Axis Bank, submitting original certificates at the Help Center and taking admission order from the Help Center), will have to continue their studies in the institution in which they have been admitted, their admission will not be cancelled by the Admission Committee under any circumstances and these students will not be eligible to participate in the subsequent admission committees counseling rounds for MD-MS (AYURVED) / MD (Homoeopathy) courses.
• Candidates who have been allotted a seat in Special Stray Vacancy Round and subsequently do not pay the prescribed tuition fee of MD-MS (AYURVED) course in the prescribed branch of AXIS Bank and submit the original certificates at the Admission Committee Help Center i.e. do not confirm admission, their refundable security deposit will be forfeited, and these candidates will not be eligible to participate in the next round of counseling of MD-MS (AYURVED) by the Admission Committee.

• The Admission Committee has started the Choice Filling for the Extended Fourth Online (Stray Vacancy) Round as per the above notification. Only students who have qualified for seats under the Reserved Category based on the reduced cutoff for the Fourth Stray Vacancy Round can participate in this choice filling.
• To participate in the Extended Fourth Online (Stray Vacancy) Round, students must log in to the website www.medadmgujarat.org using their User-ID and Password and give their "Online Consent" again. Candidates can change their selected choices and add new ones.
• If candidates who have been allotted seats in the MD/MS Ayurveda and MD Homeopathy courses in the Extended Fourth Online (Stray Vacancy) Round fail to pay the prescribed tuition fee and not submit original certificates at the Admission Committee's Help Center, meaning their admission has not been confirmed, their refundable security deposit will be forfeited.
• Candidates who have been allotted seats in the MD/MS Ayurveda and MD Homeopathy courses in the Extended Fourth Online (Stray Vacancy) Round, and who have paid the prescribed tuition fee and submitted original certificates at the Help Center, will receive an admission order and their admission will be confirmed. 1. Candidates who have been allotted seats in Round-03 and thereafter have not paid the prescribed college tuition fees and have not deposited the original certificates at the Help Center of the Admission Committee (i.e., the admission has not been confirmed) will have their refundable security deposit forfeited. All such candidates will not be eligible to participate in the 4th Online (Stray Vacancy) Round.
2. Candidates who have confirmed admission to a seat in previous Round-01, 02, and 03 of the All India Quota/State Counseling, and the said admission continues till the completion of Round-03 of the State Quota/All India Quota, are not eligible to participate in the 4th Online (Stray Vacancy) Round.
3. As per the Ayush Admission Central Counseling Committee (AACCC), New Delhi, candidates who are allotted any seat in the Stray Vacancy Round of All India Quota Counseling are not eligible to participate in Round-04 (Stray Vacancy Round).
4. Candidates who have not confirmed admission in Round-01, Round-02, and Round-03 of the All-India Quota, as well as those who have not confirmed admission in any seat in the previous rounds (Round-01 and Round-02) of state counseling, and those who have not been allotted any seat in Round-03 of state counseling or Round-03 of All India Quota counseling, are eligible to participate in Round-04 (Stray Vacancy Round).
5. In this round, only candidates who are eligible for the state quota will be required to register.

  Candidates who have been allotted a seat in Round-03 and subsequently pay the prescribed tuition fee for the MD-MS Ayurved / MD Homoeopathy course and submit their original certificates at the help center to obtain the admission order will have their admission confirmed. Under any circumstances their admission will not be canceled, and they will not be eligible to participate in the subsequent counseling rounds for MD-MS Ayurved / MD Homoeopathy courses.

  Candidates who have been admitted to the MD-MS Ayurved / MD Homoeopathy courses in Round-01 and Round-02, meaning they have paid the tuition fee and submitted their original certificates at the help center to obtain the admission order, and who do not get upgraded in Round-03, will not have their admission canceled under any circumstances. Additionally, they will not be allowed to participate in the subsequent counseling rounds for MD-MS Ayurved /MD Homoeopathy courses.
